TrustCircle may also generate contextual information from available records, such as recurring patterns, reliability dimensions, concern states, or summaries.

Information about you submitted by other people

TrustCircle allows users to document interactions involving other people.

As a result, information connected to you may have been submitted by another person rather than directly by you.

This may include information provided through:

• reliability records
• responses
• corroborations
• supporting evidence
• external references
• profile or identity matching

If you believe information linked to you is:

• associated with the wrong identity
• materially inaccurate
• misleading
• abusive
• unnecessarily sensitive
• otherwise inappropriate

you may be able to respond or request review.

• match records to appropriate profiles
• allow responses and corroboration

TrustCircle does not treat reliability signals as legal findings or determinations of guilt.

Evidence and sensitive information

Evidence may include messages, screenshots, agreements, invoices, photographs, transaction information, or other supporting material.

Evidence uploaded through TrustCircle is private by default unless an available sharing option is deliberately selected.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information, including:

• medical information
• sexual or intimate material
• government identification
• passwords or financial credentials
• precise private addresses
• information about unrelated third parties

TrustCircle may apply stricter privacy and visibility controls in especially sensitive product contexts.

Your data rights

Reliability signals and derived information

TrustCircle may organize records, responses, corroborations, and other available information into contextual reliability patterns, dimensions, summaries, or other signals.

These signals are intended to help people understand available information and repeated behavior.

They are not legal conclusions and should not be treated as definitive judgments about a person.

Where appropriate, information associated with a reliability signal may be reviewed, corrected, restricted, or challenged through TrustCircle's review mechanisms.

Service providers and international processing

TrustCircle may use service providers that support functions such as:

• hosting
• authentication
• database and file storage
• email
• analytics
• security and monitoring
• automated or AI-assisted processing where applicable

These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, TrustCircle uses appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards in connection with service providers and international processing.
