User responsibilities
Users must act in good faith, avoid knowingly false submissions, avoid harassment, avoid doxxing, respect privacy, and avoid platform abuse.

- Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, or expose private information.
- Do not manipulate reliability signals or misuse the system to target people unfairly.
Submitted content
Users are responsible for what they submit. You should only upload material you are entitled to submit, and you should avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Evidence and sensitive information
Evidence may be private or permissioned, and visibility depends on the product flow and settings. Users should avoid exposing unnecessary personal data when submitting evidence or descriptions.
Responses and corrections
People mentioned in records may be able to respond. Correction and review paths exist, and TrustCircle may adjust visibility or summaries after review.

Platform review and moderation
TrustCircle may restrict visibility, review, update, remove, or limit content, request more context, and escalate policy or legal issues where needed.

No adjudication
TrustCircle does not determine guilt, legal truth, or liability.
