Request review or report abuse
Last updated July 1, 2026
If a record, profile, summary, or visibility decision is inaccurate, privacy-sensitive, abusive, or policy-violating, you can request review here.
TrustCircle supports a documented review path for correction requests, privacy concerns, identity mismatches, evidence misuse, and abuse or policy issues.
How to request review
Most review, correction, and abuse issues should be initiated from the relevant profile or incident page using the available review, response, or correction path there. That keeps the request attached to the original context.
- Open the relevant incident or profile page connected to the issue.
- Use the available review, response, or correction option on that page.
- Explain what is inaccurate, privacy-sensitive, abusive, or policy-violating.
- Add supporting context if needed, such as links, references, or clarifying information.
- Submit the request for review and wait for TrustCircle's moderation and policy process to respond.
Request types
Review requests can cover identity matches, summary issues, privacy concerns, evidence use, abusive content, policy complaints, visibility changes, removal requests, and legal inquiries.
- Incorrect profile or identity match
- Inaccurate summary or pattern
- Missing response or context
- Privacy concern
- Evidence misuse
- Abusive or harassing content
- Policy complaint
- Request for restricted visibility or removal
- Legal inquiry
What to include
The more specific the request, the easier it is to review. Please include a link to the profile, record, or incident; what is inaccurate or concerning; why it should be reviewed; any supporting context or evidence; and your preferred contact email if follow-up is needed.
What happens next
TrustCircle reviews requests through a structured process. Depending on the issue, we may request more context, restrict visibility, update a summary, or escalate the issue for policy or legal review.
